Iran capable of surpassing OPEC's quota: envoy

Iran is capable to produce more than its usual quota that appointed by OPEC, IRNA reported quoting Iran's OPEC governor Mohammad-Ali Khatibi as saying.
"There is no concern over Iran's position in OPEC and according to recent statistics issued by OPEC the Islamic republic ranked second oil producer in the world," he said.
Iran has not been obliged to produce 4 million barrels of oil per day and has capacity to produce more than its quota.
Iran currently holds rotating presidency of OPEC in 2011. Next ordinary meeting of the organization will be held in Vienna on 14th December 2011.
