Iran's current oil production hits 3.9 million barrels of oil per day, Mehr News Agency quotes the National Iranian South Oil Company Managing Director Hourmuz Galavand as saying.

"Currently, on average 3.9 million barrels of oil is produced per day form 80 oil fields and 60 hydrocarbon reserves," he said.
