As many as 43 enterprises on engaged export in Iran received loans worth 5.95 trillion rials (about $142 million) during the first two months of the current Iranian year (from March 21 through May 21, 2021), Trend reports citing the statistics of Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade of Iran.
In addition, the names of 26 enterprises were announced to banks for issuance of loans worth 6.5 trillion rials (about $154 million) within the mentioned period, the statistics said.
According to the statistics, 18.5 trillion rials (about $440 million) worth of loans were issued 117 export enterprises from May 21, 2020 to May 21, 2021.
"A total of 352 enterprises on engaged export in Iran were registered to receive loans from May 21, 2020 to May 21, 2021. The names of 188 companies were announced to banks for issuance of loans worth 34.2 trillion rials (about $813 million)," the statistics said.
