Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili assured European diplomats in the country's commitment to the European choice. Ivanishvili said he wanted to build a true democracy in Georgia, the press service of the Government of Georgia told Trend.
"My wish is to build a truly democratic state, which will be based on the principles of European democracy," he said.
The Prime minister met with Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria Nikolay Mladenov and Head of the Polish presidential administration Jacek Mikhailovsky on Thursday evening.
The parties also discussed the issues of cooperation between Georgia and the EU and underlined the importance of the settlement of the Georgian-Russian relations.
