Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov slammed on Monday the use of military force in Libya against civilians, saying it had caused hundreds of deaths, DPA reported.
"Use of military force against civilians is unacceptable," Lavrov told the UN Human Rights Council.
"Russia condemns such violence, demands its immediate cessation and observance of international humanitarian law," he said.
He also urged against dividing the world into "good and bad," saying it would harm multilateral cooperation.
