The Azerbaijani education minister is satisfied with the university exams in the winter semester.
"The exams were better than in past years," Education Minister Misir Mardanov told journalists on Feb. 7.
The Azerbaijani Education Ministry's hot-line received 79 calls from universities and specialty schools during the winter exams. Investigations said most calls were made anonymously.
The ministry's hot-line received appeals regarding the exams, Mardanov said.
"We replied to all appeals," the ministry said.
