(dpa) - Porsche's supervisory board Monday gave the go ahead for the luxury German sports carmaker to take over its bigger rival Volkswagen.
The board approved moves by the Stuttgart-based company to increase its stake in Europe's largest carmaker from just under 31 per cent to more than 50 per cent, Porsche said in a statement.
