Iran declares details of exports from Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari Province

BAKU, Azerbaijan, Dec. 16

A total of $30 million worth of goods have been exported from the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province (southwestern Iran) since the beginning of the current Iranian year (March 20, 2020) to date on Dec. 16, Deputy Chairman of Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province Siavash Nazari said, Trend reports citing the organization’s website.

According to him, 23,000 tons of goods worth about $20 million have been exported through the province's own customs.

The deputy chairman added that also $10 million worth of goods from Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province have been exported through other Iranian customs.

“The exported goods were mainly metal and rubber products, household appliances, almonds, ceramics, fish feed and so on,” he said.

Nazari stressed that $40 million worth of goods are planned to be exported from Iran's Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province in the current Iranian year (from March 20, 2020 to March 21, 2021).

The goods from Iran's Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province are exported to several countries, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and Syria.
