Azerbaijan’s Rabitabank total liabilities soar in 1Q2022

BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 26. Total liabilities of Azerbaijan’s Rabitabank increased by 29.07 percent as of March 31, 2022 compared to the same period in 2021, Trend reports bank's balance sheet.

According to Rabitabank, total liabilities increased by 179.8 million manat ($105.7 million) over the year - up to 798.5 million manat ($469.7 million).

A significant share (75.38 percent) in the structure of the bank's liabilities was made by deposits, which increased by 33.1 percent over the year - up to 602 million manat ($354.1 million).

At the same time, the share of deposits of legal entities in the structure of the bank’s liabilities amounted to 60.3 percent. Deposits of legal entities increased by 57.8 percent over the year and amounted to 363.1 million manat ($213.5 million).

The share of deposits of individuals in the structure of Rabitabank’s liabilities amounted to 27.6 percent.

Deposits of individuals increased by 7.5 percent over the year - up to 238.8 million manat ($140.4 million).
