BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 22. The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan will auction bonds worth 25 million manat ($14.7 million) at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on August 25, Trend reports via the BSE.
The face value of one bond amounts to 1,000 manat ($588.5) at 3.25 percent interest.
According to the BSE, the auction price of one security is 1,005 manat ($591.1).
The maturity period of bonds is 20 years (7,200 days). The placement underwriter is Unicapital Investment Company CJSC.
Bonds are issued by the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan to secure mortgage finance.
