BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 18. The number of domestic flights (passenger planes only) through Iranian airports decreased by 3 percent, in the 1st month of the current Iranian year (March 21 through April 20, 2022), compared to the same month last Iranian year, as was reflected in the statistics of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC), Trend reports.
According to the statistics, over 23,800 domestic flights were carried out through Iranian airports for the first month.
Meanwhile, in the same month Iranian year, the figure stood at over 24,600.
