Kyrgyzstan to establish supreme national assembly, executive council
"The supreme national assembly and executive council will be established in Kyrgyzstan," Kurmanbek Bakiev, the President of the republic said at the first sitting of the third parliament session on Tuesday, reported "24.kg".
The national assembly will correspond to consultative body which will include outstanding representatives of different communities. "As for the council, it will consist of different population groups and represent dialogue platform between the public and the authority. From now on all top level decisions will be made with participation of the public. If previously the president made decisions by himself, now he will take into account opinion of people," Bakiev said.
