BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 25. The production indicators of the Turkmenbashi Oil Processing Complex, located in the Balkan region in the west of Turkmenistan from January through October 2022, have been published, Trend reports with reference to Jeyhun News.
During this period, the refinery processed 4.08 million tons of crude oil, exceeding the production plan by 10 percent.
The plant produced 1.28 million tons of gasoline of various brands in the first 10 months of this year, which is 189,000 tons more than planned.
Furthermore, during the reporting period, the Turkmenbashi refinery exceeded the production plan for kerosene by 12.7 percent, lubricants by 2.8 percent, liquefied natural gas by 17.7 percent, petroleum bitumen by 48.5 percent and diesel fuel by more than 12 percent.
Turkmenistan pays great attention to the construction of oil and gas processing plants, as well as the export of energy resources to world markets.
