The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) lost 34.36 points or 0.04 percent to end the trades at 97354.3 on March 4.
According to the TSE official website, about 1.3 billion shares, valued at $ 58.1 million (2.6 trillion rials converted to US dollar according to free market rates) were traded for the day.
The Price Index dropped 13.61 points or 0.04 percent, to post 31029.7.
The First Market gave up 51.28 points or 0.07 percent, to post 69017.2.
The Second Market grew by 68.31 points or 0.03 percent, to post 208033.3.
The Industry Index lost 3.74 points, to post 86476.8.
TSE 30 Index was down 0.7 points or 0.02 percent, to close at 4313.9.
TSE 50 Index edged up 18 points, to end at 4044.2.
