BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 20. Cement exports from Türkiye to Iran amounted to $16.9 million from January through September 2023 and did not change compared to the same period last year, Trend reports.
The data from the Turkish Ministry of Trade shows that cement exports from Türkiye to Iran amounted to $1.2 million in September, which is 61.2 percent less than in the same month of 2022.
In addition, Turkish cement exports decreased by 15.3 percent and amounted to $3.5 billion from January through September 2023, year-on-year.
Türkiye exported cement worth $383.5 million in September this year, which is 16.4 percent less than in August last year.
In general, Türkiye exported cement worth $4.8 billion over the past 12 months (from September 2022 through September 2023).
