ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, October 31. France and Turkmenistan are set to expand their trade and economic partnership, Trend reports via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The development follows a meeting between Turkmenistan's Deputy Foreign Minister Akhmet Gurbanov and French Ambassador Philippe Merlin.
During the meeting, the two sides explored opportunities to enhance collaboration in vital sectors such as energy, logistics, construction, agriculture, and green technologies.
Participants underscored the positive trajectory of bilateral relations, emphasizing their development across political, economic, and cultural dimensions.
As the meeting concluded, both Gurbanov and Merlin conveyed a shared commitment to advancing their cooperative efforts further.
