Some 4,946 square meters of land in Georgian Anaklia, suitable for hotel and infrastructure development and with a building on a territory is on sale on an e-auction for 1 lari (31 cents) with the investment obligations, Trend reports via National Agency of State Property.
According to the auction terms, the winner must invest at least 5 million lari ($1.5 million) in the development of the territory.
The bids will be considered until 22 October 2020, at 5:00 pm.
The winner must transfer the money for the property in 45 days after the auction ends.
The hotel infrastructure ready to start functioning must be ready in 48 months.
