Russia’s Novorossiysk international sea trade port transshipped 68.45 million tons of oil in January-October 2016 as compared to 62.88 million tons in the same period in 2015, read a message posted on the port’s website Nov. 22.
Novorossiysk port transshipped 26.22 million tons of oil products in January-October 2016 as compared to 26.37 million tons in January-October 2015.
In total, 122.57 million tons of various cargoes were transshipped via the port in January-October 2016 as compared to 116.01 million tons in the same period in 2015.
Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR transships its oil via the Novorossiysk port. The oil is delivered to the port via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline.
