BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 17. Türkiye's exports of cement products to China rose 3.2 percent year-on-year to $1.6 million from January through April 2024, the statement of Türkiye's Trade Ministry said, Trend reports.
“In April this year, Türkiye exported cement products worth $537,000 to China, which is 30.3 percent more than in April last year,” the statement of the ministry says.
Meanwhile, Türkiye's exports of cement products to global markets decreased by 7.9 percent to $1.4 billion from January through April 2024, compared to the same month in 2023.
“Türkiye exported cement worth $339.2 million in April this year, which is 9.2 percent less than in April last year,” the statement of the Ministry emphasizes.
To note, Türkiye exported $4.5 billion worth of cement products in the last 12 months (from April 2023 through April 2024).
