Thirty one individuals passed the national certification in accounting for the first time in Azerbaijan, which was held by GRBS Training Centre with the support of the Azerbaijani Auditors' Chamber, GRBS Managing Director Bahram Gurbanov said at a ceremony of awarding certificates.
"The process of certification was attended by 46 persons," Gurbanov said.
According to him, individuals, who received national certificates, will be recognized not only at the national, but also at the international level.
The company head said that the courses were attended by employees of the State Oil Company (SOCAR), Lukoil Azerbaijan, Salyan Oil, Qobustan Neft, Basf Kaspian, Caspian International Investment Company (CIIC), Unibank, Baku Interbank Currency Exchange and other companies.
This is the first national qualification with international status for accountants and auditors of Azerbaijan.
