Azerbaijani MPs make proposals during talks on 20th anniversary of Shusha's occupation

At an Azerbaijani parliamentary plenary session on Tuesday, which addressed the 20th anniversary of Shusha's occupation, deputies made various proposals.
Both the UN resolutions and international law entitle Azerbaijan to return its land by force, MP Fazail Agamali said in his speech.
He said it's time to return the occupied land by arms, and for that Azerbaijan has all the opportunities.
MP Zahid Oruj offered to make Shusha the second capital of Azerbaijan.
"Shusha is our cultural capital, but declaring Shusha the second capital is also very important," he said.
"We need to know that during this period pressure will increase on Azerbaijan, and not only the government but the entire nation should withstand it. For war Azerbaijan has the necessary means, with strengthening of the international image there will emerge a chance to successfully wage war. And some circles are working to deprive Azerbaijan of this chance," Oruj said.
Deputy Executive Secretary of the New Azerbaijan party, MP Mubariz Gurbanli said in his speech that lack of unified management contributed to the occupation of Shusha.
"We must work together for liberation of Shusha Karabakh. Everyone should perform their duties with dignity," he added.
MP Ganira Pashayeva urged the Turkic countries, TurkPA, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to make strong statements about the occupation of Shusha.
"Islamic countries should not only make strong statements and explanations, but also to revise their relations with Armenia," she said.
