AZEL Azerbaijani company to put shares on international stock-exchange market over five years

The Azerbaijani company AZEL (operates on computer and office technique market) intends to put shares on the international stock-exchange market during five years, Igor Yakovenko, chairman of AZEL's observation council, said.

The company will change its organization-legal form of property and will be an open stock company on this regard.

"We plan our company to be an open joint-stock company during two years, Yakovenko said. The company's long-term prospect is to put shares on stock-exchange market. We hope that our shares will be rated on one of Azerbaijani or perhaps, foreign exchange during the nearest five years."

AZEL company was established in 1991. The company is the member of the U.S Chamber of Commerce, the Azerbaijani Association of Entrepreneurs, the Azerbaijani-German Economic Community, the Entrepreneurs Council under the Azerbaijani President, the Azerbaijani Trade-Industrial Chamber.
