Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Marziyeh Afkham, in reaction to the latest Arab League statement, said any kind of military act against Syria will spread across the Middle East, IRNA reported.
According to the report of Foreign Ministry Media Department on Monday afternoon, Afkham said that the Arab League taking stance before official declaration of the UN inspectors report indicates sort of prejudgement.
She said that the stance is following to impose more pressure on Syrian government, adding that the stance will not help peace and will make the situation worse.
Afkham said that persuasion to resorting to force can be dangerous.
Iran believes that acts and statements should be in direction of prevention of expansion of crisis, she continued.
The spokeswoman also called statement of Saudi Arabia's foreign minister illogical and based on biased information and analysis.
