Former President of Azerbaijan Ayaz Mutalibov returned to Baku on Saturday after a 20-year stay in Russia.
Mutallibov accompanied by his protection went to his house on the outskirts of Baku told Trend representative of the Social Democratic Party.
Ayaz Mutalibov returned to Baku from Moscow in connection with the adoption of the law "About the ex-presidents."
