A constitutional law on injecting changes and supplements to part i of Article 95 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan has been adopted in compliance with the relevant presidential decree, Trend reports
Under the law in addition to issues related to the authorities of the Milli Majlis specified by part i of Article 95, the parliament is empowered in the resolution of the following issues: the appointment of members of the Central Elections Commission (CEC), the election of part of members of the Council of State Service Administration, the election of part of the members of the Commission on fighting with corruption at the Council of State Service Administration, the election of part of members of the Legal Council and appointment of the members of the Council of Broadcasting of the Public Television.
