Approval of Constitution and election code resulted in obsolescence of this lawВ", - Novruzov said.
NAP representative stressed the partys experts had drawn some proposals on this matter. For some reasons, the issue was not raised at spring session of the parliament. В"We are going to raise this question at fall session of Milli MedjlisВ", - deputy said.
