Azerbaijan’s State Security Service prevented the distribution of a large volume of MDMA, a psychotropic substance also known as ecstasy, smuggled into the country.
Alakbar Mammadov and Shamistan Mustafayev, suspected of smuggling a large volume of MDMA and distributing it in places where youth gather, were detained as a result of taken measures, the State Security Service said Mar. 17.
According to the State Security Service, a large volume of ecstasy and psychotropic substance pregabalin were found and seized during the searches in places of residence of the suspects.
