Azerbaijan, Baku/ corr. Trend U. Ismayilova/ The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has approved the changes to the rules of the control conducted by the State Committee on Construction and Architecture, an official media source reported on 8 January.
According to government standards, engineering works in buildings of first and second responsibility excluding private houses and country houses of 12 meters high will be conducted by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan.
According to government standards, the design of buildings of first and second responsibility is carried out by the State Committee on Construction and Architecture on the basis of a granted license.
