Investment Forum encouraged British business figures to develop market of real estate business in Ukraine

(ForUm) - International investors, who participated in the Ukrainian Investment Forum in London, UK, stressed a particular attractiveness of Kyiv's market of real estate business, the European Business Association's press service told.

Thus, Terry Picard and Nick Cotton, who represented the DZT Kyiv Co. predicted a boom in this sector, which envisages provision of about 900,000 square km for offices, trade and industrial premises in 2006 to 2007, reports Trend.

The forum involved participation of about 100 chiefs British companies, not operating, yet, in Ukraine. They were provided with information on investment climate by chiefs of world prominent companies, deeply rooted into the Ukrainian market. According to them, Ukraine is an attractive market, a value of which is ever growing.

The forum was initiated by the European Business Association at the "Reform" club, based in London, UK. It involved presentation of a recorded video speech of Economy Minister Volodymyr Makukha.
