Seven injured individuals remain in hospital after yesterday's clash in Georgia

Georgia, Tbilisi, May 6 / Trend , N. Kirtskhalia/ Seven injured people still remain at a hospital after clash between police and radical opposition in front of the Central Police of Tbilisi on May 6. Opposition leader Giya Maysashvili is also at hospital with concussion of the brain.

The life of the injured opposition activists and officers of the law enforcement agency is out of danger. As many as 38 people have been injured during the clash. Six are police and 2 journalists.

Director of the Gudushauri clinic Zaza Sinauridze said there is no danger for life of the injured, but they all remain under the supervision of doctors. "Patients have lacerations. The most important thing is that no one had pass-through wounds. All wounds have been treated. They remain under observation. Two hours later we will again conduct checks. Once made sure that everything is in order and health of the patients is not threatened, we will discharge them," he said.

Republican hospital director Irakli Rukhadze said 15 injured has been hospitalized. "The state of the injured is stabile," he said.
