On June 20, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev got familiarized with reconstructed tele-tower complex of Teleradio Production Unit of the Ministry of Communications & Information Technologies of Azerbaijan, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
Tele-tower complex of Teleradio Production Unit is one of the facilities established by Nationwide Leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.
On July 10, 2008, President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on expanding broadcasting and strengthening information security in Azerbaijan. Upon the order, the 2008 budget of Reserve Fund of President provided 2.5 million manat to the Ministry of Communications & Information Technologies.
