The Azerbaijani Central Election Commission (CEC) has a proven system for reviewing electoral complaints, CEC Secretary Natig Mammadov told Trend today.
"The main conditions are to ensure voters' rights, the non-violation of electoral law and the restoration of violated rights," he said. "The system has proven itself in this regard."
Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for early November 2010. According to a list provided by the CEC, there are 4.829 million registered voters in the country.
