President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva have today attended an inauguration ceremony of the Hilton Baku hotel complex here.
The Head of State cut a ribbon symbolizing the opening of the hotel and toured it.
The President was informed that the Hilton Baku was built in accordance with the agreement signed between ISR Capital Management and Hilton Worldwide in 2007.
President Ilham Aliyev was told the construction of the hotel started in early 2010 by Turkish Koray Inshaat Company.
The 25-storied facility has 309 rooms and 5 modern lifts.
The Head of State viewed the Shakar-Lunch, 200-seat Silantro and Sky Grill restaurants.
The complex`s SPA and Fitness Center got swimming pool, Turkish bath, 8 treatment rooms, massage pool and VIP SPA room.
The facility also has sports center, presidential suite, 18 halls and 750-seat conference hall.
The President met with the hotel staffers and congratulated them on the opening of the facility.
President of ISR Holding Isgandar Khalilov and vice president of Hilton Worldwide Mike Collini thanked President Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva for attending the opening ceremony.
The Head of State, Azerbaijan`s first lady and the hotel staffers posed for photographs.
The Head of State praised the work done here and wished successes to the hotel staffers.
