Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Nils Muiznieks will pay a visit to Azerbaijan, a message posted on the website of the Council of Europe said on Oct.21.
During the visit, scheduled for Oct.22-24, Muiznieks will take part at the international conference on the adoption of the Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in Baku.
Vice-President of the Venice Commission, Herdis Thorgeirsdottir will also attend the conference to be held on Oct.23-24.
