We count very much on using Italian experience in developing agriculture on liberated territories, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said during his speech at the ‘New Vision for South Caucasus: Post-Conflict Development and Cooperation’ conference at ADA University in Baku on April 13, 2021, Trend reports.
“The contacts have already started, some preliminary documents have been signed. There's huge potential of power generation on liberated territories, particularly renewable - water, sun and wind,” the president said.
“We count very much on using Italian experience in developing agriculture on liberated territories, because there's very good fertile soil there and we can have maximum productivity,” President Aliyev said.
“Now, at this moment, among foreign companies, we have only Turkish, Italian and British companies who already are working with their Azerbaijani counterparts,” the head of state said.
