ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, May 7. The Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan (TULM) provides special preferential tariffs for transportation on the CASCA+ (Central Asia, South Caucasus, and Türkiye) route to Europe and back through the Turkmenbashi International Seaport, Trend reports.
Officially, the fee does not include export/import customs
formalities, security, insurance, or first mile.
If tariffs change (index), rates will change proportionally.
Penalties caused by the shipper/consignee, not the forwarder or
railway, are not included in the tariffs.
Transporting oil, petroleum products, plant products, and dangerous
items is exempt from tariffs. In case of container overweight of
maximum gross weight requirements (authorized transportation), the
necessary increasing coefficients from tariff regulations for the
parties' territories are applied to special rates.
At the same time, the tariffs indicated by the TULM will be valid until June 30, 2024.
