SUSHA, Azerbaijan, June 1. On June 1, the city of Shusha hosted the international children's creative festival "Shusha - the cultural pearl of the unity of the Turkic peoples", organized by the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
About 300 schoolchildren from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Hungary presented the music and dance culture of their countries at the event.
The festival, which reflects the unity of the Turkic-speaking peoples, was attended by the Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullaev, famous cultural and artistic figures, schoolchildren, and children of martyrs.
The purpose of organizing the international creative festival is to introduce children of Turkic-speaking peoples to each other’s national customs and traditions, to further strengthen the relations of friendship, brotherhood and mutual cooperation between children, to create conditions for them to worthily present the history and culture of their countries, and to introduce participants to the enchanting beauty of the city of Shusha.
