BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 6. Several decisions were made at the 11th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Trend reports via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
Meanwhile, at the end of the meeting, the Foreign Ministers signed the "Decision on approval of the Regulations on Permanent Representatives to the Organization of Turkic States" and "Decision on awarding the Alisher Navoi International Prize to the Organization of Turkic States for contribution to the unification of the Turkic world."
To note, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov participated and spoke at the 11th meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the OTS during his working visit to Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic, on November 6.
In his speech, the Minister touched upon the prospects of cooperation within the OTSG in the spheres of economy, trade, transportation and communications, energy security, digital technologies, culture, and others.
He also gave detailed information on Azerbaijan's chairmanship of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29).
