On May 8 Colonel-General Ramil Usubov, Azeri Minister of Interior, met with Veterans of WWII on occasion of 61st anniversary of Victory over German fascists, Trend reports quoting Beylar Huseynov, chairman of Veterans council with Ministry of Interior.
Having congratulated Veterans, Minister said Azeri nation contributed greatly to the great victory. National regiments established in Azerbaijan passed a honored way during the war.
Minister stressed personal heroism of veterans and history of Azerbaijans division playing significant role in youths treatment.
