The Chairman of the Organizational Committee of Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP), Sardar Jalaloglu, made a complaint to the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, Zakir Garalov, about the former activist of ADP and Editor-in-Chief of Baki Kheber newspaper, Aydin Guliyev, Trend reports with reference to ADP. Aydin Guliyev wrote a letter to the Interior Minister of Azerbaijan, Ramil Usubov. The letter says that Sardar Jalaloglu incenses a group of young extremists to attack the editorial office of of Baki Kheber newspaper on February 18, 2007. Aydin Guliyev asked the Interior Ministry to keep under control the editorial office of the newspaper to prevent the attack. Jalaloglu appealed to the Prosecutor's Office of Republic with a requirement to file criminal case with regards Aydin Guliyev over the article 296.2 (knowingly false evidences) of the Criminal Code.
