Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend A.Ismaylova / The problems and situation with municipalities in Azerbaijan will be discussed in Baku on 5-6 March. At the same, organized by the Council of Europe's Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, in cooperation with the Association of Norwegian Local Authorities, a meeting will be held with the NGOs of Azerbaijan. The meeting will focus on the action plan on co-operation and strategy of future relations amongst these organizations.
