Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr. I. Alizadeh/ Sayyad karimov, the Chief of the Department for Administrative and Military Legislation of the Milli Majlis ( Azerbaijan's Parliament), has said today that the department is currently engaged in preparing new Draft "On Criminal Responsibility of Legal Entities". He noted that preparatory works for the mentioned draft was underway.
"The Azerbaijani Parliament has passed Bill "On Legal Responsibility of Physical Persons". We are presently working at Draft "On Criminal Responsibility of Legal Entities". We shall do all our best to submit the mentioned document to the parliament for further discussion. I think that the mentioned bill will be introduced into discussion within this year," stressed Mr. Karimov.
According to him, as soon as the work over the draft is concluded, it will be submitted to corresponding bodies of the country and international organization for an expert examination.
