Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend I. Khalilova/ An Azerbaijani government business delegation headed by Heydar Babayev, the Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan will pay a visit to Tallinn in January, a source at the Azerbaijani Export and Investment Foundation (AZPROMO) reported on 8 January.
On 21 January the minister will take part in the Azerbaijan-Estonia business forum where investment opportunities of Azerbaijan will be presented.
The program also includes meetings with high ranking officials from business circles of Estonia.
Several meetings have been held between Azerbaijani and Estonian businessmen, but current bilateral negotiations are expected to yield better results.
As a result of January to October 2007 export from Azerbaijan to Estonia made up USD 425,400, import - USD 14,249,000.
