Azerbaijan’s PASHA Bank does not plan to open new branches abroad over the next three years, Taleh Kazimov, CEO and chairman of the bank's board, told reporters in Baku Feb. 1.

He added that in summer 2017 the bank approved a new business plan for the next three years and it implies the expansion of activity only in three countries where the bank already operates, namely, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey.

"Presently, we are represented in international arena by two subsidiaries: PASHA Bank Georgia and PASHA Bank Turkey,” he said.

“In the coming years we will continue to focus on institutional development in these countries and render our services to entrepreneurs operating within the Azerbaijan-Turkey-Georgia economic format, thus making a greater contribution to an increase in trade flow among the countries," Kazimov said.

PASHA Bank has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2007.

PASHA Bank is represented in such sectors as insurance, construction, production of building materials, tourism and others.
