A plane with a special cargo from Turkmenistan has been delivered to Kyrgyzstan, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenportal information portal.
The cargo included: 18 tons of plumbing products (pipes of different diameters - plastic, ceramic sanitary ware, plastic products, including tables, chairs, buckets, etc.), 10 tons of tomatoes, 6 tons of carrots, 2 tons of confectionery products (various confectionery products made of corn, including chips), fabric samples, petrochemicals (polypropylene, polyethylene granules and other petrochemicals).
As reported, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and the Kyrgyz Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs have signed contracts for the supply of Turkmen products to Kyrgyzstan in the amount of more than $28.6 million.
As reported, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan are interested in expanding partnerships in the fields of energy and industry, textile industry, trade, and others.
The trade turnover between the countries increased by 15-30 percent in 2020, compared to 2019, and amounted to $11.7 million.
