Ganja Automobile Plant to open Service Centers in All Regions of Azerbaijan : Head of Plant

Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend S.Aliyev / The Ganja Automobile Plant will set up a program to open service centers for repair and guarantee service of their products in all regions of Azerbaijan. Khanlar Fatiyev, the Director of the Ganja Autombile Plant, said that the opening of the service centers will enable the plant to serve its customers as promptly as possible.

In August to September there are plans to announce tenders for representatives of the plants in the regions. Within the first stage there are plans to open 14 services centers which will cover all the regions in the country.

The Plant has launched the assembly of three new modifications of tractors under the contract signed with the Minsk Tractor Plant on 13 July. As a result, the number of the modifications of tractors manufactured at this enterprise will be increased to six. The plant plans to assemble Belarus 895, Belarus 1025 and Belarus 80 Х (for collecting cotton) tractors.

Over the first quarter of the year approximately 150 tractors which have been assembled at the plant were sold. The cost of tractors will vary from AZN 13,000 to AZN 35,000. The contract to assemble and sell all types of trucks and tractors of the Minsk Automobile and Minsk Tractors Plants in Azerbaijan was signed in November 2006. The assembly area measures 15,000sq m. and has the capacity to assemble up to 1,000 trucks and 2,000 tractors in Azerbaijan per year.

Meanwhile, specialists of the Minsk Automobile Plant, which participated in the commissioning of the production of automobiles at the Ganja Plant, as well as conducting close monitoring of the output, have confirmed that the Ganja Plant fully meets the quality standards of the products manufactured at Belarus enterprises.
