Azerenergy intends to raise technical and economic performance of networks

Azerenergy (production and distribution of electricity in Azerbaijan) intends to conduct a series of activities to improve technical and economic indicators, as well as the stable operation of the electricity network, the company reported.

The commissioning of the Salyan substation is expected, with a capacity of 220-kV, as well as the extension of the capacity of the Masalli substation.

The company is likely to build 220-kV transmission lines with a length of 50 kilometers for the Shirvan ES-Salyan substation, 220-kV transmission lines with a length of 107 kilometers for the Salyan FS-Masallin PS, 330-kW-th power lines with a length of 82 kilometers for the Shirvan ES-Imishli PS , 220-kV transmission lines with a length of 65 kilometers for the Masalli FS FS-Astara (Iran), as well as to lay 330 kV transmission lines with a length of 20 kilometers to ensure the input-output 330 KW Shirvan No.4 power lines to 500 kV the Absheron substation.
