Iran to put up various oil products on its Energy Exchange

A number of oil products will be put up for sale on the Iran Energy Exchange on February 15, Trend reports on Feb. 13 referring to the exchange.

Various types of naphtha, aromatic solvents produced by the Tabriz oil refinery, heavy naphtha and solvents produced by the Shiraz oil refinery, butane, propane and liquefied gas produced by the Bandar-Imam petrochemical company will be put up for sale within domestic trading.

The catalysts produced by the Iranian Bou Ali Sina petrochemical company, liquefied gas produced by Fajr Jam gas processing plant, naphtha produced by the Persian Gulf Star oil company will be put up for sale within the international bidding.

Naphtha of various grades produced by the Shiraz, Isfahan, Tabriz refineries, carbon monoxide produced by the Abadan refinery, hexane of the Bandar Imam petrochemical company were sold within domestic trading on February 12.

Naphtha (grade 402) produced by the Persian Gulf Star oil company, as well as liquefied gas produced by Fajr Jam gas processing plant were sold within the international trading.

Some 7,000 tons of products worth 445 billion rials (about $3.3 million) were sold on the Iran Energy Exchange on February 12.
