Iran's Energy Exchange announces products to be on sale on January 1

A number of hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iranian Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on January 1, Trend reports citing the IRENEX.

According to the IRENEX, Iranian Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle; Tabriz Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle, iso feed, solvent 402, solvent 404 products; Tehran Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle; Shiraz Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle; Marun Petrochemical Company’s pyrolysis gasoline; Coal Tar Refining Company’s tar products will be on sale on the domestic floor.

“In addition, the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) of the Iranian South Pars Gas Company will be sold on the international floor,” the IRENEX said.

Certain products on IRENEX may become available for sale at a later stage, but they are not listed in the initial release.

According to the IRENEX, on Dec. 29, Iranian Shazand Petrochemical Company’s heavy distillate; Kermanshah Oil Refining Company’s solvent 402, light naphtha; Esfahan Oil Refining Company’s solvent 400, solvent 410 products were sold on the domestic floor.

"As well as, Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) product of Iranian Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company; processed residue of distillation tower (ATR-140) of Shazand Oil Refining Company; mazut of National Iranian Oil Company were sold on the international floor," the IRENEX said.

A total of 25,500 tons of goods worth more than 3.62 trillion rials (about $13.4 million according to the SANA system) were sold on Dec. 29.
