BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 7. Overall, 1.56 billion liters of crude oil and petroleum products were transported to the west of Iran, during the first eight months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through November 21, 2022), an official of Iranian Oil Pipeline & Telecommunication Company (IOPTC), Nader Salahshur said, Trend reports citing Shana News Agency.
According to Salahshur, more than 871 million liters of crude oil were transported to the Kermanshah Oil Refining Company in 8 months.
“Moreover, 693 million liters of oil products were transported to the west of the country in 8 months. So, 93 million liters of white oil, 211 million liters of gasoline, and 389 million liters of diesel were transported,” the official said.
Iranian Oil Pipeline & Telecommunication Company is engaged in transporting crude oil and oil products to the country's oil refineries and consumption points through more than 14,000 kilometers of pipelines in the country.
